Decline any job that will not meet any health and safety regulations, or, that will put our engineers in danger whilst working on an appliance. To seek a safe situation for our engineers or tenants / Landlords involved, some kitchens and obstructions will be removed or damaged in the effort of isolating / completing the work to a safe situation and therefore we will not be held liable for any damage caused.  We offer a 14 DAY labour warranty on all work carried out from the time of the completed visit.

 

You must ensure that you have taken sufficient backups of your data before your machine is worked on by our engineers. We regret that we cannot accept any liability for loss of information, configuration settings, data, programs or operating system files from your machine whilst our engineer is working on your machine. Please note that all your information on your harddrive may need to be wiped as part of a system recovery process and in some cases (as arranged with an engineer) we might only be able to extract some files, but not all, and return them on a seperate backup system.

 

We regularly use sub contractors that have gone through a CRB check, if you have any concerns about work carried out, or concerns about an engineer you can contact us through the contact section of this website. Liability insurance is held with the subcontractors and company contact information will be given.
